Amazon is seeking a Program Manager, Customer Experience Strategy based in Beijing to join an expanding team which performs competitive analyses, measures Amazon&s end-to-end customer experience and proposes significant areas for improvement to Amazon&s senior business leaders in China and globally.
The objective of this position include:
Plan and execute end to end operational analysis programs which result in impactful customer experience enhancements, focused on the Amazon China and global retail business.
Own and drive programs across multiple product lines (e.g. media, consumer electronics, apparel, etc.) and departments (Retail, Operations, etc.) including all scoping with local and international business leaders, design, data collection, data analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior management worldwide.
Partner with senior business leaders across the company in developing programs and communicating/following-up on actionable findings.
Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues globally to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities. Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to optimize program efficiencies.
BA/BS in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years in an international work environment in areas such as management consulting, internet, retail, consumer goods or research firms
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment. Proven history of having worked across cross-functional teams and functions.
Strong oral and written English and Chinese language communication skills (including experience reviewing results with senior management and working in a global team setting)Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred.

岗位职责：? Manage all phases of the market research process including needs identification, project design, instrument design (primarily qualitative), analysis, and presentation of results.
Provide consultation to internal clients, including executives.? Develop screeners, guides and qualitative activities that reflect the appropriate cultural and language cues in both online and off-line environments? Review agency reports for accuracy of reporting, quality control check to data for consistency of findings? Effectively manage multiple project assignments at once across various client groups in a fast paced environment.? Provide regular status updates and share consumer insights gleaned to leverage market knowledge across a broad spectrum of Cast/LOBs? Build and manage relationships with internal/external partners, and primary research vendors? Ensure consumer perspectives are front-and-center across all LOB strategies任职资格：? College Graduate? Hands-on marketing researcher with 5+ years experience in Marketing Research? At least 5 years experience working in a research role in Mainland China.
Pan Asian experience a plus? Proven experience with qualitative techniques including moderating in-depth interviews/focus groups/safaris/BBS/online chats and forums? Able to establish suitable rapport with Disney target segments on sometimes difficult and contentious topics? Critical thinker, able to sort through complex business issues to develop research plans.
Able to think out of the box and willing to try different research approaches? Able to conceptualize and build an analytic plan, design discussion guides, and partner with internal clients to develop appropriate stimulus materials? Demonstrated ability to identify thematic learning from qualitative experiences, translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations through compelling reports and presentations that tell a story. Demonstrated strong presentation skills? Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information? Demonstrated ability to partner with external research consultants? Demonstrated strong partnering skills.
Proven ability to handle conflict.? Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills? Able to maintain a strong sense of objectivity when sharing results? High attention to detail and accuracy? Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus)
