3、染色体的因素：若是需要做检查，就需要做四个方面的详细检查，并且夫妻双方都要配合检查。
4、子宫的因素：如果女性的子宫内环境不好，或者有畸形也会影响胎儿的正常发育。
5、其他原因：外界环境、辐射和污染等因素也会影响到胎儿的发育，红会专家建议夫妻双方一起做全面的检查，一般情况下经过科学的治疗还是有机会怀孕的。

山东红十字会医院专家表示，发生两次胎停育一定要到医院检查，了解原因，做好下次再孕的保胎工作。

1、确诊死胎后要及时引产，以免对母体产生不良影响。
2、配新鲜血液以备急需。在分娩时要及时注射药物来预防产后出血，产后应给予抗生素预防感染。
3、分娩结束后应仔细检查胎儿、胎盘、胎膜、脐带，对肉眼无法判断者可送病理检查，以明确死胎原因。
4、多胎妊娠如其中一胎先死于宫内，一般可观察等待，孕妇常有一过性纤维蛋白原及血小板降低，其后又自行恢复正常。一旦纤维蛋白原下降至2g/L，估计胎儿已能存活，应立即引产。
