真正喜欢上旅游是从来到欧洲以后。当学生的好处之一是又有了完整的假期,当然也就有了外出旅行的时间,再加上身在欧洲,没有了签证的阻碍,几乎是可以随心所欲在这片大陆上流窜:/14 。当然还要考虑另外一个重要的因素:银子:/13 ,所以就选择作了背包族,然后穷游天下。背包,睡袋和那本lonely planet的欧洲手册是每次出游必带的。已经记不得当时来欧洲之前为什么买了这本手册,但还记得刚看到lonely planet这个标题时心里那种怪怪的感觉,无论如何也很难把lonely这样的字眼和旅行联系在一起。现在每次打开lonely planet的网站,看到熟悉的lonely planet的标志后紧跟的那句:therefore I travel,就更觉得不解:如果这是一个lonely planet,为什么就要旅行呢?难道是有人从浩瀚的太空望着这个充满生命力的星球被孤独地包围在一片毫无生机的宇宙里,觉得旅行是住在上面的人解脱寂寞的唯一方法?直到现在还是不解。但旅行的确是种解脱寂寞的方法,独自旅行时甚至会觉得寂寞是一种享受:一个人坐在大巴或火车上连续十几个小时,看着窗外的风景不断掠过,脑子里却是无限的自由,甚至充满幻想。人人都会有幻想,大概是因为有些东西在现实中是永远无法实现的,只好在脑海里实现了。来到荷兰之后第一次旅行去的是比利时。现在想想好象很难说得上是旅行,买得是NS的周末一天往返票,向南坐了三个小时的火车就到了布鲁塞尔。感觉除了市区里上下起伏的街道外,和荷兰没有太大的区别。遗憾的是周末邮局没有开门,没能实现给那本lonely planet盖上第一个邮章的愿望。那个街角上毫不起眼的小尿童则更是让人失望,如果不是当时正好赶上有人给尿童换衣服,围了很多人在那里观看,恐怕是要错过了。还很清楚地记得后来陪几个朋友特意去看小尿童的时候,他们脸上那种失望到发笑的表情。布鲁塞尔和安特卫普后来又去过几次,还专门去看过布鲁日,一个非常不错的地方。要不是紧邻着荷兰,估计是很难会有这么多的机会窜到比利时的。后来的经历告诉我其实欧洲这里大多数城市的布局和风格都大同小异,就看你是否对细节的东西感兴趣了。一般来说有教堂的地方差不多都有广场,是最热闹的地方,当然大的城市教堂就多一些,也大一些。要说荷兰的城市还算有特色的了,毕竟不少城市都有纵横交错的运河,城里有河有桥感觉就大不一样了。后来去到一些小城方,或在一些不知名的地方换车,若有二三个小时的时间,都会走出车站看一看,如果远远看到最高的带尖的地方,一定是教堂,也基本上是市中心,顺着走过去,最精彩的东西差不多都能看到了。再有就是到一个地方,先看卖纪念品的小店门外的名信片,一般当地最有特色的东西都在名信片上了,然后就知道要看什么,到哪里了。[未完]拼途网友回复:前面写得很感性哦,我在出国前就买了eye witness的UK系列,虽然当时还没决定到英国留学,不过我一直不敢一个人旅行,觉得比较危险,因此还被某人耻笑。真羡慕你们有申跟签证,我们除了瑞士,去哪都要visa拼途网友回复:期待后续~~~拼途网友回复:布鲁塞尔布鲁日,可惜是冬天,不然要精彩得多拼途网友回复:对签证这东西偶也是深恶痛绝的,但没办法,所以一直也没去UK。拼途网友回复:我也有到明信片那里找重点的习惯 ::lol::name拼途网友回复::/14 ,握手。拼途网友回复:接着的那个圣诞节去了趟德国。当时就是觉得有这么个假期一定得出去转转,翻着lonely planet看了半天,发现去邻近的德国北莱茵地区最方便。用了三四天的时间看了科隆,杜塞尔多夫,波恩和亚琛。火车还没有开进科隆站的时候,透过车窗远远的就看见大教堂的双塔。出了车站,抬头便看见山一样雄伟的科隆大教堂耸立在那里,当时就有感到一种震憾:教堂居然可以如此庞大。看过其地下博物馆里的宝藏后不禁感叹:原来天主教的影响在欧洲这片大陆上是如此根深蒂固。后来看了梵蒂冈的圣彼得广场和教堂后对这个观点更是深信不疑。扫兴的是教堂门外广场上居然看到法轮功的横幅,有几个人不停地拉着过往的游人塞着小册子。游杜塞的时候正赶上下大雪,在邮局里碰到一位住在当地的中国女孩,在她在帮助下在柜台那里得到了lonely planet上的第一个邮章,现在还能模糊地看到邮章上的日期。后来冒雪在杜塞的老城游走的印象颇深,因为第二年圣诞出游的时候又碰到下大雪,也是在雪中看完了布拉格的城堡。用大半天的时间看完波恩老城的时候,真没想到这样一个安静的小城会是前西德的的首都。原来去过柏林,感觉是如此大气的一个城市。第一年的暑假终于有了机会出去转了一大圈。拿着EUROLINES的15天通票走了慕尼黑,维也纳,米兰,罗马,巴塞罗那,马德里,后来经巴黎回到荷兰。前一个星期几乎是马不停蹄地游走在各个城市之间,白天在城里游荡,晚上坐上大巴,醒来就又到了另一个地方。即使是罗马这样的地方也只停下住了两晚。这些地方虽然只是匆匆掠过,也还是留下了不一样的记忆:慕尼黑街头各式各样的狮子;坐在维也纳教堂前的广场边上看着人来人往;米兰那座永远在翻修的大教堂;梵蒂冈圣彼得广场上排着长队等着进入教堂的人群;当然还有罗马城里那座在书上和电影里看了无数遍的斗兽场。就这样奔走了一个星期,直到坐了二十几个小时的大巴,从罗马沿着地中海岸来到了巴塞罗那,才决定在那里停下来好好呆几天,节奏一下就缓了下来:实在是喜欢那里的气氛。接下来的几天不停在城里来回游走,印象里最深的除了那座好象是粘土捏出来的Sagrada Familia教堂和永远喧闹的Rambla步行街外,就是那座向住以久的诺坎普体育场了。不知道喜欢足球和喜欢旅游是不是有什么特别的联系,但看头像和签名就知道穷游里有很多球迷。走在诺坎普的博物馆里,里面一张张的老照片和为数并不多的奖杯慢慢地提醒着我这里到处都有荷兰人的痕迹:从那个传奇天才克鲁伊夫,到为这个俱乐部赢得第一座欧洲冠军杯的科曼,再到现在的里杰卡尔德,中间还夹着一个不太成功的范加尔和他的荷兰帮。再想想世界杯上的荷兰教练们,忍不住感叹象荷兰这样一个打开世界地图就很容易被忽略的国家,却能在世界的各个角落里潜移默化地影响着这项世界上有着最广泛影响力的运动。只可惜身在荷兰,却没有见过几个荷兰人是足球迷的,又是一个疑惑。来之前以为这样一个国家到处都应该看到足球迷,恰恰相反,人们热衷的多是曲棍球,骑自行车,滑雪,冲浪等,学校体育中心的球场上踢球的却多是外国学生。荷兰,有时就是这么一个奇怪的国家。扯远了 :gg 。从巴塞罗那回荷兰的路上在巴黎换车,想到上次到巴黎也是匆匆一游,结果就错过了浏览卢浮宫的机会,这次决定用仅有的大半天的时间去看看卢浮宫。当时电影《达芬奇密码》还没有开拍,小说却是最火的时候,可惜当时刚买了小说,还没来得及看就出来旅行了,所以看到很多人围在入口处那座倒垂下来的金字塔议论纷纷的时候,感觉有点奇怪。想想如果是读了小说之后再来,一定会有不一样的感受。说不定也会沿着街道寻找传说中的rose line。象巴黎,罗马和巴塞罗那这样的城市是要花上一个星期,住下来慢慢看的。[未完]拼途网友回复:科隆的教堂,实在无法找到一个合适的角度排下全景,干脆感受一下其庞大吧。雪中走杜塞亚琛城内拼途网友回复:慕尼黑的狮子维也纳的街头米兰的大教堂,永远在翻修,所以永远看不到真面目米兰城的模型拼途网友回复:::name8-) 也许是lz没有碰到吧我们这里交换过来的荷兰学生个个都是球迷很多人球踢的相当的好拼途网友回复:圣彼得广场上等着朝圣的人群罗马城的斗兽场在夜幕下熠熠生辉,似乎重新演绎着古罗马角斗士的辉煌拼途网友回复:巴塞罗那:教堂里的粘土世界诺坎普里的荷兰情结拼途网友回复:卢浮宫密码拼途网友回复:开头好感性哦!

刚才回复不小心写了一大段,挪过来吧,向Winston同学学习,准备开个India,Howisit?系列,就我所了解的信息和大家共享一下。第一篇【钱】怎么比较方便地从国内往印度汇钱?--适合在旅行路途有急需和将在印度长期生活的朋友。【汇款】首先,嫌罗嗦一下在德里这些年的经验。稍早的05,06年那会,在印华人同胞基本都是在国内兑换美元,带到德里之后在黑市(或许有资质但是店面较小)兑换卢比,那会儿的汇率在45左右波动;中间缺钱的话基本都是西联汇款过来。像是07年,卢比比较坚挺,记的Nov一次换到过38.3,这个时候还是以携带美元为主;中间遇到钱不够的话也还是从国内西联汇款。08年,考虑到卢比对美元的波动,很多人(包括我)从国内回来印度时都带了一些欧元和英镑过来,希望做一个对冲;这时候也开始有了其它若干途径(1)这个时候也有人开始使用国内信用卡进行日常购物了,手续费不详,汇率按照当天实时;(2)花旗银行和汇丰银行在南印度大城市都可以直接用有“银联”标志的任意借记卡或者信用卡提现金,单次上限Rs10,000-12,000,但是德里地区还不行;(3)德里有很多工作的中国人,每月都有固定工资收入,这些收入都是卢比形式,学生们可以和他们兑换,或者国内转账人民币到其亲属户头,他们在这里给你卢比现金。09年(左右),德里的汇丰银行HSBC的ATM可以直接通过“银联”途径提现了,印度这边HSBC收取1%手续费,国内银行手续费在单笔RMB15(中行借记卡);这个时候人民币已经在德里很多个市场非公开的可以兑换了,鉴于人民币兑美元长期处于升值,大家基本倾向去携带人民币到印度。10-至今,上述各种途径已然有效,但对于大部分在德里的华人(学生、商务、出差常驻)来说,携带适量人民币,配合国内的银行卡以备不时只需,应该是首选了。对长期生活在这里的中国学生来说,西联现在基本已经被大部分人遗忘了,美元也被人民币替代了,现在更多人是人民币现金和银行卡结合着用。当然,如果初次登陆印度,最好还是携带50-100美元现金,方便在机场兑换卢比用开支付前期车费和住宿餐饮费用。总结下,现在用钱在德里区域乃至印度各大城市已经不是问题了,当然上边热心的朋友应该是经常游历各国的资深驴友,回答也相当中肯,现在从国内到印度旅行的朋友越来越多,在印度行走游玩应该把方便应该放在第一位,我提到的很多方法对他们来说并不一定适用,比如接受兑换RMB的地方在向德里这样的大城市有很多,但是在小一点的地方基本上是不可能了,HSBC在全印度也就30多家区域分行,ATM网络的覆盖就更有限了,所以对游客来说美元+信用卡+西联现在还是必须的。【银行账户】只要你所持工作签证或者学生学者签证一类的长期签证(有StayVisa和RP)在印度银行开户非常简单的。办理申请开户很简单,但是要求的材料会稍微多一点,申请表,学生状态(或者工作状态)证明,固定住址证明(房租合同或者水电费单据),护照和签证复印件,学生的话还需要Form“A”,个别银行需要推荐。从申请到实际开通账户大概需要7-10天,之所以需要这么长时间是因为印度缺少一个完整的个人身份信息系统,银行收集的信息材料需要核实,每个账户人的信息都要发送到孟买金融数据中心与PanCard进行关联,这样每一个账户都是在国家的监控之下,每一笔Transaction都有据可查,不会出现洗钱和漏税。上面说的Form“A”就是针对没有PanCard(固定账户卡,也叫税卡,顺带插一句,13财年的个税起征点为年收入20万卢比以上)的学生和外国学生的豁免Exemption。这些信息都会被印度金融和税务系统收集和核实,这样就大概需要7-10天才能开通账户。在印度当地银行开户首选ICICI吧,虽然网点覆盖不及SBI强大但是服务特别好,各项收费也比较合理。我自己和朋友们办过的银行账户基本上涵盖了印度大部分银行,我自己办过SBI,HSBC,渣打,花旗,德意志和Canara。用HSBC,渣打,花旗这几个账户,主要是国内汇款可以即时入账,后来发现不太实用,基本上就放弃了,现在最常用SBI。综合我和朋友们的意见,SBI和ICICI可以都办理一个,基本上就可以把服务优势和银行网络覆盖的优势都包含了。【假币】印度卢比纸币面值有,50,20,10,5,1硬币面值有10,5,2,1,0.5日常流通和生活中接触比较多的纸币有:500,100,50,20,10硬币有10,5,2,1印度今几年通货膨胀挺厉害的,新铸造的2卢比硬币已经只相当于以前的1卢比的大小和重量了。印度假币在生活中不容易碰到,但是并不是不存在,08年印度时报候曾经报道过很多假币案件,因此个银行也都会有识别假币的资料。我的建议是,尽量不要就收1000卢比面值的纸币,尤其是在进行货币兑换的时候。1000卢比由于面值最高,被造假的可能性也是最大的。当然500,100...等也会存在假币情况。图片网上找的怎么识别假币?水印,大家肯定都熟悉,印度所有面值的纸币都有水印“戴眼镜老头”。立体印刷,在纸币印有“戴眼镜老头”一面的正上方ReserveBankofIndia有明显的凹凸感,新旧纸币凹凸感都比较明显。特殊颜色,以500卢比为例,在纸币印有“戴眼镜老头”一面的正中部,500字样是用的特殊墨水,在光线下变换角度,可以有闪烁感。侧面成像,在“戴眼镜老头”耳朵右边有一块儿1cm*2cm区域,在面相纸币45度角的时候可以清晰看到500字样。磁感线,合人民币一样印度卢比所有面值都有磁感线。还有要注意的是,破损或者有污染的纸币最好不要接收,用出去是很困难的事情,就连SBI这样印度最大的国有银行也不会像中国的银行一样给你兑换成新币。接收卢比的时候,最好留意一下。其它方面,大家多提一提意见,大家感兴趣的话,我就接着写,下一个准备写India,Howisit?【交通】...||写得不错,支持一下。顺便补充一点,孟买去年已经开了中国工商银行支行,但能否用银联卡取现金不详。||m||楼主的意思是我直接带人民币就好啦?想问一下,银联的普通借记卡在印度的ATM上使用普遍不?费用高不高啊?||旅行的话:”在印度行走游玩应该把方便应该放在第一位,我提到的很多方法对他们来说并不一定适用,比如接受兑换RMB的地方在向德里这样的大城市有很多,但是在小一点的地方基本上是不可能了,HSBC在全印度也就30多家区域分行,ATM网络的覆盖就更有限了,所以对游客来说美元+信用卡+西联现在还是必须的。“||换成美金过来还是欧元?????、西联这个我也要搞一个..出门一般不出事..就掉东西很厉害||带美元过来吧,最近美元兑换卢比的汇率在56上下;西联的话在印度取钱很方便,网点也很多,具体方法参照西联官网吧。国际信用卡有必要带一张,网上买机票、火车票很方便。带西联标志的银行卡,在德里地区只能从HSBC的ATM取钱,单笔上限卢比。Goodluck:-||国际借记卡可以不?我是学生,只能办到借记卡。不想麻烦父母有VISA标志的国际借记卡...||国际借记卡要和发卡银行确认是否为双币人民币+美元账户,如果支持双币账户,在印度肯定可以使用。招商银行的Visa借记卡,我试过了完全可以,单次提款上限20000卢比。:-||恩呐,谢谢你....||国内如果办卡大家推荐哪家银行的那款?||楼主补充一下手机卡的呗,特别是专门上网的套餐什么的||1美元都能换56了?请问楼主在哪儿能换到好价位?去银行换好还是私人兑换点好呢?||同楼上的疑问,求各个城市的推荐兑换点~||卤煮我还想求科普一下--如果在境外直接刷国内的VISA双币卡来消费,比如旅馆费之类请问:1.费用是:基本住宿费+印度法定税+境外消费手续费,这样吗?2.这样是不是要付给银行大笔的手续费?在美元账户不足的情况下,银行会不会默认一个比较不好的汇率兑换了美元去支付?3.印度的法定税,怎么有时是7.4%,有时是17%?||我从尼泊尔陆路过境到印度,一般哪个地方换的汇率会比较高啊?在边境换汇率高么?||税是7,10是服务费吧?||1,Ans:是这样的,基本费用+服务税;境外信用卡刷卡消费手续费不高,具体费率要咨询持卡银行。2,Ans:银行的结算汇率统一使用当天“银行外汇牌价”如:中国银行外汇牌价,汇率比较合理。3,Ans:财年,旅游业服务税:TourPackage@3.09%;OnlyHotelAccommodation@1.24%;HotelAccommodationwithmeals@3.09%;DomesticAirTicketing@0.62%;InternationalAirTicketing@1.24%;RailticketsOnservicechargeonly@12.36%;OnlyTransport@4.95%
