Principal Responsibilities and Duties:- Applies all the regulations available within the company - Hirschman Nantong and Hirschmann Group:o& Internal Regulation Policyo& Health and Safety Regulations, o& Fire protection Regulationo& Civil protection Regulationo& Information Confidentiality System Regulation.-& Contributes to the implementation, development and maintenance of the Hirschmann management systems:o& Quality Management Systemo& Environmental Management Systemo& HPS (HIRSCHMANN Production System) and CIP (Continuous Improvement System) for whole structure (5S System, Kanban System , Zero Defects- Strategy, etc).- Check the input document materials (delivery notes, invoices, CMR) and ensure that the reception of raw materials and components for manufacturing is done properly (reception quantitative and qualitative reception) ..- Inmagazioneaza physically receives and raw materials in the system, according to existing procedures.- Check and maintain situation with shelf materials and substances in the warehouse reception.- Ensure 5S continuous improvement for the system- Store related documen ensure labeling of goods situated in locations "reception area" and "Raw Materials Repository" in accordance with work instructions related.- Follow the instructions which refers to the handling and storage of toxic materials - if applicable.- Ensure of the FIFO principle in accordance with the related work instructions.- Ensure the maintenance of adequate work conditions for personnel, and the specific storage for cargo.- It has the responsibility to comply with labor protection, environmental protection and fire prevention in the area of responsibility and participate in training and to acquire the concepts presented in the training of labor protection and PSI Environmental Protection. The duties and responsibilities smooth SSM are described in detail in Appendix 1 to this document (Duties and responsibilities specific to SSM line workers).
