　　if you have ever been discouraged because of failure, please read on.　　for often, achieving what you set out to do is not the important thing. let me explain.　　two brothers decided to dig a deep hole behind their house. as they were working, a couple of older boys stopped by to watch.　　&what are you doing?& asked one of the visitors.　　&we plan to dig a hole all the way through the earth!& one of the brothers volunteered excitedly.　　the older boys began to laugh, telling the younger ones that digging a hole all the way through the earth was impossible.　　after a long silence, one of the diggers picked up a jar full of spiders, worms and a wide assortment of insects. he removed the lid and showed the wonderful contents to the scoffing visitors.　　then he said quietly and confidently, &even if we don`t dig all the way through the earth, look what we found along the way!&　　their goal was far too ambitious, but it did cause them to dig. and that is what a goal is for-to cause us to move in the dire in other words, to set us to digging!　　but not every goal will be fully achieved. not every job will end successfully. not every relationship will endure. not every hope will come to pass. not every love will last. not every endeavor will be completed. not every dream will be realized.　　but when you fall short of your aim, perhaps you can say, &yes, but look at what i found along the way! look at the wonderful things which have come into my life because i tried to do something!&　　it is in the digging that life is lived. and i believe it is joy in the journey, in the end, that truly matters.Already have an italki account?

Do you believe in love at first sight and is it the best way to find the one of your dreams?
It seems a stupid question but I just want figure out the way to convince someone. Please help me correct this writing.
Though I believe that love at first glance exist, the answer for the last question is still a vague quality. In another way it is a million dollar question. The more we looking for it, the harder we can find it. It maybe happen at a very first sight however it is also a result of a natural and conscious process.
Asking some fifties couples, they often give the answer that they fall in love at first sight but one can hardly explain why these women or men are their soulmates. The man even decided to propose to her one day before they know her name. But I suppose that they have already defined what kind of woman they are looking for and their goals to go along with their soulmates until the end.
It is necessary to realize that in nature, males chased females, so the man always charms his woman. It often happens to the men who have to find out their left part. The woman sometime accept that and just thought that it was a nice enough choice. But none of the women feel immediately head over heels.
In term of the best way to find your soulmate, it depends on how you define your soulmate and how you could dedicate to your soulmate. Sometime, their are very strange couples, the man is thin and the woman is fat but your love still last forever because they respect each other.
In one word, love at first sight is true but is not the best way to engage with someone forever. One had better care about how to hold your love and make the other happy until the end.

Though I believe that love at first glance exists [alternative: does exist], the answer for to the last question is still will have a vague quality. In another way* it is a million dollar question. In one word, love at first sight is true but is not the best way to engage with someone forever. You* had better care about how to hold on to your* love and make the other them happy until the end.*usually the expression is: 'in a way'
*because the expression is 'at first sight', to me it feels awkard to add 'very'
*this would mean they are from the 1950s (I assumed you meant they were 50 years old)*I'm not sure what you are trying to say here
*'One' is quite formal but not incorrect, though if you wish to use it you should then say '...one's love and make...' later in the sentence. More often you would see 'you'

crisis& is the essential equipment of a social man. One could not be suitable for a job in his whole life. For example, a man whose major is computer must keep learning as he works, for computer may change in one second. It is also true for other kinds of knowledge or techniques. Since one will become
in his job, there are two ways which people usually choose: one is to try to improve himself to catch up with othe the other is to quit this job, and then find another one he is interested in. Both of them are meaningful only if the job is what one is interested in.
However, in our society, there are many people who work not for themselves, but for money, status, family and so on. If they find a job just like Jim, they will be

Maybe Chinese education teaches us more on the aspect of getting a higher degree and earning more money than that of trying to find what we are interested in. Take me for example, I have chosen my major not according to my own interests, but in agreement with what kind of majors the society need. Although, as a （勤勉的） girl, I know how to get a high mark in any subject, yet I feel at a loss towards my future.
I have heard a lecture made by an Internet manager who was successful in designing pictures on Internet. He didn't major in computer. He liked drawing. His wife was a skillful computer operator. Once he found the pictures on Internet, an idea
out: &Why couldn't I draw pictures on the computer?& His wife quite supported his idea, and helped him to learn computer knowledge. Finally, he succeeded. In the end of the lecture, he said: &If you have an interest, and endow it

What is the meaning of &activated&? Only having interests is not enough. Jim became a brewer not like his father and grandfather, for he improved the quality of the beer, and was brave to promote sale of the new brand beer. That is, he didn't stay in the same place where his father stayed. He
