一池碧绿，映衬着白里透红的荷花，蔚蓝的天幕，点缀着朵朵银花、片片白絮。我想大家也都猜到了吧！对，我喜欢荷花，更喜欢白里透红的荷花，前些日子我去了诗情画意的东湖，去欣赏荷花！
来到东湖，我们先是去了划船采莲蓬的地方。到了那儿，我和哥哥先扑了上去，在上船时，我的脚突然间一滑，差点掉进了河塘里，还是哥哥把我拉了上来，真险呢，差点儿就要成落汤鸡了。
但这并不影响我的兴致，我们乘上了船还不到10分钟，就来到采莲蓬的外边，望着那翠绿欲滴的莲蓬，真是口水直流三千尺呀！中午，我们又吃了荷叶饭，味道香中带鲜，惹得我还不时舔上几口。
吃完荷叶饭，我们还一起去看了荷花展，到了那我忍不住大声地说：“好美啊!” 过了一会儿，我就开始画荷花了，荷花有很多样的，有的全部开了，就像穿着白里透红的纱裙的几位仙女；有的只开了一、二瓣的，就像一只小船，中间有一位仙女……
