年轻有为 音乐才子

听说在VIRUS PARTY有一位年轻而又很帅的DJ，他正是这次我们要访问的对象。小记眼前这个带点感觉的年轻人，跟他打招呼。右手拿着一个银色KEYBOARD，左手跟我握过手，腼腆地对我笑了一笑。估计他很热爱音乐，正如所料，当DJ只不过是他业余时间的工作，他的生活从来都没有离开过音乐，自小对音乐特别感兴趣，会玩吉他，打鼓，吹小号，最擅长是弹钢琴。他是个百分百的香港人，在读了3年PRIMARY SCHOOL之后回流香港进了INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL，说得一口流利英语。中文程度会讲也会写。去了英国深造音乐，后来发现课程未能学以致用。又再只身飞到澳洲入读Australian institute of Music报读 Composition & Music Production，继续学习写歌，编写和录音，志愿是完成学业后能成为一名声，色，艺双全的音乐人。
“对于音乐，我从来都没想过放弃。”
几年前YOUNG开始尝试自己作曲编曲兼自弹自唱表演，他不断地在各大网页上发表自己创作的音乐，而且不少作品都大受好评。凡是关于音乐的东西YOUNG都努力地去学习和研磨，不会错过任何机会。所以他会玩多项乐器呢！又一次机缘巧合下，跟朋友开始学，造就了他今日做DJ的机会。这样的成功并非一朝一夕。长时间和用心的勤练，他想起来都会有【百般滋味在心头】的感触。也许是兴趣的关系，虽然过程艰辛，他却从来没想过要放弃玩音乐的念头，他深信音乐就是他的人生，未必需要拥有辉煌成就。但亦能够创作到好的音乐与别人分享就知足了。
“失败乃成功之母”
YOUNG讲述了当年FORM 5时一次现场现唱失败的经历，在台上自弹自唱时走了音。自此发奋图强，希望自己日后的表演能每次都让观众满意。如果有着与YOUNG一样的态度，在失败中找到进步的空间，加倍努力，成功。还有一年半便完成学业的他，已经拥有很多自己的作品。在二月初出国一张音乐专辑（这张ALBUM是收录了2005年至2010年初的创作DEMO）。不过每当他听回之前的作品，总觉得有点生嫩的感觉，他说创作的灵感都来源于自己的一些经验或感觉，也有些是由朋友的故事而编成的。他说写歌玩乐器都是发自内心的兴在没有压力下之创作是很轻松的，所以他说日后也不会想当明星。太大的压力可能让他写不出满意的作品。小记觉得他的ALBUM能证明了他在音乐道路上的成长。印证着他创作技巧日趋成熟，希望他能继续制作更多美好的音乐吧。
“网上的FANS一个月内多了3倍”
外型俊俏而又才华洋溢的YOUNG，身边不乏有粉丝，而他竟然还是单身！是功课忙还是自己要求太高呢？他说应该是缘分未到吧。其实他也不急着要拍拖。平时已经忙着学校的功课和创作音乐，他对音乐的热诚，迎来了一班很喜爱他音乐风格的FANS朋友。
一个月前，他其中一首原创音乐“ECHOES IN MY HEAD”被人盗用了再网络上广泛流传，那人更离谱地把自己的名字填上去，他怀着深深不忿的心情倒网上留言讨回公道，说明自己才是这首歌的唱作人，让那些喜欢他的音乐的人得知真相。就是一场，让他在个人网页里的FANS人数多了3倍，从而给了他很大的鼓励和支持，也因此认识到更多志同道合的朋友。小记看过他网页里留言的FANS都说他的音乐很有个人风格，加上优美旋律，一听难忘！在新的一年，他自资出了一张个人专辑。由作曲，制作，编曲到歌词及演唱都是他自己一手包办，集合了12首个人作品。小记听后果然名不虚传。首推“MY HEARTBEAT”及“ECHOES IN MY HEAD”，如果某日YOUNG再推出音乐专辑在市面上发售，也许FANS的人数会升到10倍之多呢！据了解，YOUNG在短期内又会把新歌发表在他的个人网页里。喜欢R&B音乐的朋友绝对不能错过，可以到他的网页SUBSCRIBE OR LIKE，取得更多最新歌曲信息。
