【文　摘】目的探讨影响Kirby-Bauer法进行药敏试验结果的因素。方法抗菌药物敏感性试验，采用K-B法。在不同琼脂种类、不同琼脂浓度、不同厚度M-H培养基上涂布接种不同浓度的菌液，观察抑菌圈的大小。每组实验作25个数值取均值，用统计学处理。结果配制药敏培养基要选择合适的琼脂及恰当的琼脂浓度；琼脂平板厚应在4mm，最大允许差异±1mm。结论常规操作中，应控制好平板厚度、琼脂浓度、细菌接种量以及琼脂种类。
