Qualification Requirements
1.College degree with major in Financial or other relevant major.
2.Familiar with MS,ERP,Decent English spoken and written,communicate with English fluently
3.Working experience with relevant industry is preferred4.10-15 years experience in shipping department of a trading companyJOB DESCRIPTIONMain responsibility is to prepare the monthly overviews related to all business units1. Prepare the monthly finance overview for CP (PJP, ladies woven, men's woven, CTG)2. Prepare the monthly finance overview for ECG UAB 3. Prepare the monthly overview for RMB orders (CTS)4. Keep the order master overview (needs to be transferred from manual input to AGS processed)5. Prepare the monthly overview of transport cost and add to the finance overview (split between CP and ECG UAB) Other job duties include:1. Prime contact person for our house forwarders Gondrand and Crosstainer2. Prepare the weekly ocean shipments (and air shipments if any) for CP, ECG UAB, PJP including planning of the shipping forecast, checking of booking report from forwarder against forecast and reserve the shipping space.3. Negotiate rates and do cost comparisons between forwarders for air shipments4. Coordinate the relationships between suppliers and forwarders5. Collect the original documents from suppliers in time to send with other paperwork prepared to forwarder for customs clearance and follow shipment status until goods are delivered

SKILLS REQUIRED:o Strong negotiation and liaison skills o Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage staff o Demonstrated ability to prioritize, program works, analyze risk and negotiate o Experience in purchasing, sourcing broad range of equipment and supplies. o Strong initiative and ability to work independently coupled with the understanding of when to escalate an issue o Demonstrated ability to manage the financial operations of a business unit. o Strong initiative and ability to work without supervision. o Good understanding of retail concepts and processes. o Excellent implementation skills. o Ability to quickly grasp an understanding of Diva products and Diva processes. o Financial, written and verbal literacy o Experience in Materials requirement planning o Experience in Microsoft project o A can do positive attitude o Ability to meet deadlines and works with a high sense of urgency and accuracy. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o High degree of accuracy with attention to detail. o Change Management skills o Strong results orientation o Demonstrated planning and analytical skills o Training and Development skills o Ability to work in a team environment under pressure o Computer literacy
