1 Specific Accountabilities
· Monitor daily booking and oversea invoices booking update in system
· Manage the monthly closing
· Handle payment checking and supporting document collection
· Responsible for fixed assets management and yearly Capital verification arrangement
· Monitor AP settlement journal in both operation system and accounting system
· Verify payments matching against proper invoices, ensuring authorizations are in place before real payments
· Control non-booked invoices
· Other duties assigned by Finance manager
2 Skills Required
· With good interpersonal skills
· Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must
· Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
· Excellent PC skills, knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
· Ability of leadership and team spirit
3 Experience and Qualifications
· Above bachelor degree in finance or accounting related major
· More than 2 years similar accounting experience in related industry

· Control the procedure to ensure the AP payment timely.
· Handle the invoices issues effectively with no complaints.
· Push the branch accountant for timely update..
