焊锡丝在生产制造过程中有一个工序在挤压拉丝最为关键，在挤压环节中如果挤压时存在缺陷和隐患会导致焊锡丝的缺陷，所以挤压前锡圆铸的表层需要处理，放入挤压机之前，将浇铸好的锡圆铸表层进行剥皮处理，能够有效去除锡圆柱表层的氧化物及杂物，更加能够保证焊锡丝最终成品的可靠性。一般的挤压机正常挤压完成时锡丝的直径在10mm，其中松香孔直径约为2mm，在后续拉丝工序中一般都能比较容易地拉出线径为0.8mm以上的焊锡丝，如果需要拉线径为0.8mm以下（如0.5 mm或0.6mm或更细）锡丝时，则需将松香孔稍微调小，为了增加锡丝的壁厚，在拉比较细的丝时，焊料延展性相对高些，才有可能拉出比较细的丝；如果松香孔较大，锡丝壁较薄，在拉较细的丝时焊料延展性变差，极易断线，影响拉丝速度，造成生产成本相应增加，挤压过程中，压力应保持均衡，使出丝速度始终保持匀速，不能时快时慢，所以说线径越细的焊锡丝价格就会越贵。
环保焊锡丝
