LTO driver’s license application form (download) is available in the nearest designated branches of the Land Transportation Office in your area.

Professional Driver’s License
Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
Must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle
Must not be a drug user or an alcoholic
Must not be afflicted with any contagious disease or epilepsy
Must be able to read and write in Filipino or English
Must be clean, neat and presentable
Requirements:
Duly accomplished Application Form for Driver’s License (ADL)
Valid Student Permit (at least 5 months old or four months old Non Prof License)
Medical Certificate with Official Receipt from LTO accredited or Government physician)
Negative drug test result from a DOG accredited drug testing center or Government hospital
Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)
Clearances. Any of the following:
a. NBI Clearance
b. Police Clearance
c. Court Clearance
7. Must have passed the LTO conducted written and practical examinations.
Fees and Charges:
Application Fee 100.00
Computer Fee 67.63
Total Php 167.63
License Fee 350.00
Computer Fee 67.63
Total – P 417.63

Is there an invasion byChina in the disputed West Philippine Sea (South China Sea)?

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV raised this question to Vice Admiral AlexanderLopez, chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ Western Command, after hepresented a slideshow of the alleged massive reclamation activities in allseven reefs in the West Philippine Sea during the hearing of the Senatecommittee on national defense on Thursday.

Asked by Senator Teofisto GuingonaIII to explain what he meant by asymmetric actions, the militaryofficial said:&&“In vernacular, ito po ‘yung mgaginagawa nila na hindi pangkaraniwan na wala sa doktina kung sa military.”(In the vernacular, thismeans their actions that are not in accordance with military doctrines.)

“Ito po yung ginagawanila sa ibang lugar, gumagamit sila ng ibang paraan para makamit pa rin nila‘yungkanilang的目标不是通过军事手段，也不是通过传统准则，”洛佩斯补充道。（这是他们在各地以实现目标，所运用的手段措施，不运用军事手段，也不运用传统准则。）
Aside from Lopez, other military officials led by Defense Secretary VoltaireGazmin, and representatives of the Department of Officials, among others, werepresent in the hearing.

So what happens after UN Tribunal declares those disputed seas and reefs partof Philippine Exclusive Economic zone under UNCLOS, with Philippine militarymodernization moderately achieved, with 8 bases allowed as US militaryfacilities. Is Philippine going to ask politely Chinese to leave those islands?And if they don't want to leave? I suggest Philippines to follow it's laws onsovereignty and do what's natural. Whatever results would be a world problem,not only Philippines but Philippines must do what's right.

Of course ito ay galing sa dictionary at hindi sa legal document.
Parang mali na sa military humingi ng opinion kung may invasion or wala. Masayus pa kung sa Court/Supreme Court humingi ng ganung point of view lalo nainternational issue ito. Just saying that judgement must not come frommilitary.
