BEIJING (Reuters) - An attack on Syriawould be dangerous and irresponsible, and the world should remember the Iraq war was started by U.S. allegations of weapons of mass destructionwhich turned out to be false, China'sofficial Xinhua news agency said on Tuesday.

The United States has served Syrian PresidentBashar al-Assad notice that it believes he was responsible forchemical weapons being used against civilians last week.

So as technology progressed, civilization developed, and having ahands on approach to shaping the world as the sole superpower, the world hasnever been as peaceful as it is now. So Starting &another war for no damnreason& is a simplistic view of the matter.

I agree and I find it odd that Assad woulduse chemical weapons at this phase in his war knowing it would bring us intothe war as well as Great Briton. It would seem more advantageous for theopposition to do this and blame it on Assad's forces to gain allies to defeatAssad.
