,其它科目都蛮不错,可是英语总是不好.我在做英语阅读时很容易&心读&,就是默念,这样严重影响了阅读速度,而且往往是一句话看完却什么也不记得了(单词都认识)...我真的很迷茫,希望有人帮助我!!谢谢!!!
我的经验是这样的:
首先看你所读的文章是什么类型,一般分为fast reading和skimming and scanning.前者一般为科普性,故事记叙性,文学性等的性质,就是一大段一大段的,文章很长,让人看得很累.像这种就要先看文章再看问题,阅读途中可能会遇到很多很多不理解的单词和词组,但千万不能回头,不能来回推敲这个词是什么意思,因为在这么紧张的情况下也不可能想得出来,必须继续向下读,然后你就会柳暗花明又一村,通过上下文就可以理解得出,这种理解你不一定能具体说出来,只要意会就可以了.而后者通常为各类报刊广告,通知,博物馆等公共场所的开放时间等等,这类题目虽然看上去一大段的,但它的核心内容只有很少.所谓skimming and scanning就是跳跃式阅读,这种题目就要先看题目再看文章,这样看文章就有针对性了,就不用浪费时间读些没用的内容.所以要根据你读的文章类型来调整速度.
无论读哪一种文章,最主要的都要求"快".不管自己明不明白这一句,都要一直向下看.一边看一边默念虽然是很难避免,但都要尽量避免,切忌不可翻译成汉语,因为你养成一种习惯,不能以中文的

阅读的目的是理解文章的意义,而不是弄懂每个单词的意思.读完之后你会大略地了解文章是分开多少层,每层的意思,所以就算你在看到选项的时候不是很有把握,但你晓得回到文章哪里找答案,重要的是文章给你留下多少印象,多深的印象.如果你在阅读时觉得某句话实在关键,可以作个记号,免得之后找得太辛苦.
作为一名高二学生,你还有很多时间去锻炼,就算急也急不来,因为英语这种学习是要长期的磨练才有质的飞跃,而英语非常讲究语感.每篇文章花费五分钟左右是比较适合的,如果你在阅读理解这一部分磨蹭得太长时间就影响你在别的部分取分,尤其是完型填空和单选题.
篇章,第一步就是要求通读全文,力争把握文章体裁和脉络,做到能够回答when(故事发生的时间)、where(故事发生的地点)、who(文章的主人公)和what(文章讲述了什么事情)等问题。
第二步:细读题干,查寻转换内容
把握文章大意后,必须把注意力集中到文章题目上来,对于题干内容,必须要提炼出最能够说明问题的词、词组或者句型,然后再在这个基础上从文章中找出同义词、词组或者句型,这一遍带着目的读文章必须是字斟句酌、非常仔细。
第三步:扫读语块,搜索有效信息
刚才我们已经在文章中找到了与题干吻合的单词、词组或者句型,在这个吻合单词、词组或者句型周围扫描,力争找到能够说明问题,帮助选择正确答案的信息。
第四步:查读题项,定位正确答案
在第三步搜索到有效信息的基础上,进入了最后的攻坚阶段,即临门一脚、找出正确答案的阶段,在这一阶段,有时会发现问题解决起来就不难了.
