在第八届ABC青少年英语口语大赛镇江赛区中,我校共有135人参加,经过精心准备和认真参赛,有35名同学获得了市级奖项。其中一等奖7名,二等奖15名,三等奖13人。名单如下:

Some tips for the contest
参赛温馨提示
一、广东省决赛时间及地点的安排:

备&&& 注:考生的具体参赛信息以参赛证为准。
二、比赛内容及环节:
1、自我介绍(限时1分钟,分值20分)
自我介绍部分最容易夺得印象分,因为可以提前准备和有充足的时间来演练,内容方面必须做到详实、积极和正面。结尾句应起到承上启下的作用,过渡到第二环节的展示。
2、自选节目的展示(个人限时3分钟,集体限时5分钟,分值40分)
&&&&&&&&& 选手自备节目表演,如讲故事、演讲、朗诵、英文歌曲、电影配音、微型剧等(任选其一),选手表演所涉及的服装、头饰、道具自带,伴奏带(仅限歌曲演唱类)须自备U盘。
3、现场问答(1分钟,分值20分)
由外籍评委对选手进行提问,提问内容出自题库,也可由评委根据选手所表演节目内容进行提问,选手回答;评委提问限定3个问题。
4、现场口语能力测试(限时1-2分钟& 分值20分)
学 前 组:看图回答2-3道问题;
&& 小学A组:图片描述(用简单的语句进行简单的描述);
小学B组:运用指定单词,对图片上的事物进行完整的描述,可以展开联想;
初 中 组:大声朗读一篇短文,然后回答问题;
高 中 组:根据所给话题进行口头作文,并要求运用到所给单词和短语;
备&&& 注:1、集体节目选派一名代表进行现场口语能力测试、问答和自我介绍环节;

三、奖项的设置:
按参赛类别、组别设置奖项,奖项分为:特金奖、金奖、银奖、铜奖、优秀奖。所有参加决赛的选手都将获得由广东省组委会颁发的荣誉证书。
特金奖:(每组二名)获得证书、水晶奖杯、纪念品及免费参加全国总决赛资格(交通食宿自理);
金& 奖:(10%)获得由广东省组委会颁发的荣誉证书、金牌及纪念品等;
银& 奖:(15%)获得由广东省组委会颁发的荣誉证书、银牌及纪念品等;
铜& 奖:(25%)获得由广东省组委会颁发的荣誉证书、铜牌及纪念品等;
优秀奖:(50%)获得由广东省组委会颁发的荣誉证书、纪念品等;
团体奖:对于广东省决赛参赛人数超过40人以上的参赛单位,组委会将评选出团体一二三等奖,并颁发团体奖锦旗;
优秀指导奖:所有参加决赛的选手,其指导教师同时可获得由广东省组委会颁发的优秀指导老师证书,并赠送高档保温不锈钢水杯一个以作纪念。
优秀组织单位奖:对组织工作优秀,积极的学校、幼儿园、培训中心颁发优秀组织单位奖木牌,最佳组织单位奖木牌。
备&& 注:1、广东省决赛获奖证书、纪念品等将于元旦后、寒假前统一颁发至各参赛单位;
2、荣获广东省决赛特金奖、金奖及个别银奖的选手将获得2014年春节期间在北京举行的全国总决赛的资格;
四、决赛费用: (分个人节目和集体节目):
&&& 个人、双人节目――180元/人/项;3人以上集体节目――160元/人/项;费用用于场地租借、大赛组织、专家命题、试题印制、评委聘请、证书、奖牌、奖品的制作等。
五、报名须知:
各晋级选手请于12月10日前在自己所在学校英语老师处进行报名缴费工作,填写参赛类别及个人/集体项,并交一寸照片二张,照片将用于省级决赛获奖证书及参赛证上,将加盖组委会钢印,请务必准备;
六、有关免费赛前培训:指定培训机构――广州市慧聪教育、华实教育
1、电话预约时间:日――11月22日(若参加赛前培训,务必事先电话预约)
2、赛前培训时间:日、24日、30日,12月1日、7日、8日、14日、15日(周末);
3、有关培训事项说明:
1)组委会提供的免费赛前培训主要针对决赛环节的第三、第四环节进行技术性、技巧
性指导和相关拓展性训练,以及对选手参赛自信心、应试技巧的培养,选手参赛节
目的第一环节(自我介绍)、第二环节(自选节目)请在学校英语老师或家长的
指导下提前完成。
&& &&&2)参加赛前培训请务必按组委会指定时间进行电话预约,培训机构将按照各年级的预
约人数分批进行培训;
3)赛前培训时间为3课时,三课时合计为120分钟;
4)培训内容:A 语音语调技巧;B 流程性注意技巧;C 语法词汇;D 交流能力;并进行ROLL PLAY及点评;
5)&&&&& 培训目的:提高参赛者对比赛重点的熟悉及比赛技巧的能力,通过模拟实战及演
练,增加参赛者信心及熟练度,从而让选手在决赛中取得更好的成绩。
