但总的来说我觉得是该讨论科技进步对我们带来的各种。。。我觉得你的美跑
是科技的利与弊把。

Topic:Some people believe that visitors to other countries should follow localcustoms and behavious. Others disagree and think that the host country shouldwelcome cultural differences.
Discussboth these views and give your own opinion.
It seems not to be strange that a greatamount of people, today, visit other areas whose culture are even totallyvarious from theirs because the travelling industry is blossoming at aquickening pace. Some people find it easy to accept the multicultural thingswhile others do not.
I tend to believe that respecting the localcustoms and behavious is the first rule we travelers should follow even thoughthe internal culture is not seen outside the field you are visiting. Also, thedomestic citizens would warmly welcome someone who behaves like them and inheritstheir traditional culture. Further, what is more significant is that massiveforeign knowledge with respect to religious rules, beliefs and regionaldifference are able to be acquired when you participate in the culturalactivities, which looks like weird.
However, in terms of the local residents,forcing the foreigners to obey the cultural regulations is by no meansavailable. As we know, diversity is the salt of life. A variety ofcross-culture should be brought into each area to allow the life of people bemore colorful. For instance, most of advanced countries such America, France,Japan and so on are capable of permitting lots of beauties entering domesticfields. Consequently, a great deal of people is fascinated not only by thesecountries’ high-speed developed economy, but also by their multiculturalcommunities.
In conclusion, as far as I am concerned,integrating local culture with external civilization is the most effectivemeasure to foster the travelling development. Accordingly, local people hadbetter provide outsiders with their enthusiastic welcome no matter whatcultural behaviors the tourists perform. Meanwhile, the travelers may exchangetheir customs with indigenous residents based on respecting others’ value.

Thus, personal capacity and effort still play a vital role in success.Furthermore, as the global economy develops strikingly, enterprises, especially multinational companies, need excellent employees to help them achieve maximum profits. That means if the employees just reply on their personal relationship without which they cannot enter in the companies, the companies maybe cannot employ them on grounds that companies should consider their own profits. For instance, if P&G group employed people depended on relationship, P&G would not achieve such great success around the world. Consequently, for the development of companies, they would need the excellent employees rather than incapable employees.However, it is undeniable that effective family support can help individuals make success more easily and quickly than others, on the grounds that they are likely to conveniently work at the companies they like. Consequently, to the leaders, efforts are not less important point than responsibility for mistakes.However, undeniably, leaders can also make mistakes, because there is no person who never makes errors and always keeps correct. Thus, when they make mistakes, what attitude they hold and how to address the problems are more important. That means that they need courage to take responsibility for mistakes and prevent more mistakes happened. In spite of this, it is still not the most important characteristic for leaders, on the grounds that spirit and efforts are also important factors on the way to succeed.Taking all the above points into consideration, I am convinced that not only are the responsibility for mistakes significant, but also both the strong spirit and unremitting efforts are two of the most important and indispensible factors.
