健康咨询描述：
5月9号开始，椎动脉到后枕部脉搏痛，血常规，颈椎，颅内开普勒，脑CT正常。神经科主任建议回家调整精神状态。后期5月下旬持续疼痛，吃中药调理三个疗程。大前天下午躺床上胸闷，起来看了会外面。遂两眼昏花，头晕头痛。四肢沉重，无力。干呕感。后来下楼呼吸急促，双眼游离。瘫坐地上，半分钟内自动缓和。随后几天服用藿香正气，除嗜睡，其余症状缓和。但每次进食后均有干呕感。到今天吐过一次。氟桂利嗪效果比之前服用差，头痛症状缓解，但近几天一直有头晕眼花及呕吐感。偶尔窦性心率过速。失常。最近几天经常头晕眼花，几乎睡了三天，瞳孔左右都是血丝，左眼瞳孔边上靠鼻子这侧眼白有一个红点。请问我要改善？下午四点多右边太阳穴压痛，持续一个多小时。现在轻微刺痛，最近两天每次坐下吃饭就头晕眼花，吃完干呕。有次呕吐。怎么办？

病情分析：如果服用藿香正气水有效，那还是考虑与中暑有关，但不能排除其他疾病。首先明确这是一位老年人吗，如果是，明确心电图是否真的有失常的情况，频率多少。如果是年轻人应排除一下是否颈椎有问题。指导意见：首先排除心脏及颈椎的问题，如果都没事，那可以做一下针灸理疗，不但可以迅速缓解症状，而且还能从根本上调节身体机能。
