一、试卷分析:&&
本试题设计合理、题量和试题的难易程度适中,没有偏题、怪题和难题,知识的难度小,但灵活性强。能力部分的试题以大纲为依据,紧扣教材。尽力寻求学生所学知识与实践运用能力的切合点,着眼于考查学生语言知识的综合运用能。作文试题的内容设制也尽量贴近学生生活,同样体现了这样的特点。在试题中不仅考核学生说、读、写基本能力,而且考核学生逻辑思维能力,语言表达、交际运用能力及运用所学基础知识和基本技能分析能力,注重了对本学期所学的基础知识和重点知识的考查,充分体现了以本为本的原则,既提高了学生学习英语的兴趣,也拓展了学生语言能力的运用。
二、语言知识运用
第一节&&语法和词汇
本节考查内容紧扣八年级教材,突出考查了学生对重点、难点的掌握和灵活运用,本部分比较理想。因为大多数被荣没有离开课本内。出错较多的是感官动词see sb. do/doing sth ,学生掌握不熟练,或者没有记住这个用法造成的。需要加强对一些固定搭配的记忆和训练。
第二节&&完形填空
本节属于中等难度题。短文以日常生活中的问题为主题,在我们生活中的作用,综合考查了学生的阅读能力和语言知识的运用能力。从学生的答题情况反映出学生对某些知识掌握不够牢固,多数是死记硬背,不会灵活运用,因此以后在教学中要注重多做题,让学生能够灵活地运用所学知识。& && && && &&&
第三部分&&阅读理解
本部分从内容方面看,内容具有很强的实用性,贴近生活,题目设计也比较灵活,难度不大。但学生在本题上做得不够理想,说明平时训练较少。
卷二部分,书面表达
第一节& &&&词汇运用。
(一)单词拼写,(二)综合填空。用所给的词的适当形式填空。灵活考查八年级重点词汇,中等难度。
第二节&&任务型阅读。本题短文比较简单,学生做得比较好。 。
内容也为学生最熟悉的话题,可以说应该是人人都有话可说。但是对于八年级的学生,能正确、准确地描述人物及其关系还是有点难度,但是把课文知识熟练掌握要写好也不难,至少有话可说。
三、今后的改进措施:
1、打下基础、激发兴趣、树立自信心显得尤为重要,这样就能减少两极分化,对我们学生来说,有利于以后的英语学习,从背单词到背课文,从造句子到做套题,奠定基础。
2、关注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。培养学生对自己、对学习产生积极的情感,保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩,所以在以后的教学过程(本文来自优秀教育资源网斐.斐.课.件.园)中要尊重学生,保护他们的自尊心,创设各种合作学习的活动,促使学生互相学习,互相帮助,发展合作精神,对那些学习有困难、不爱学习的学生,要关心他们、鼓励他们,尽可能为他们创造语言实践的机会。
3、在课堂上充分运用“学案导学”的教学方式,培养学生综合语言运用能力,无论在课堂上还是在课堂之外,教题无论在新课讲解还是在习题选择或处理上,都要想方设法吸引和组织学生积极参与,提高课堂效率。
4、加强对学生学习方法的指导,不但要教给学生知识,还要让学生在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习。
5、加强听力和写作训练,坚持每周听力一节,作文一篇。
本套试卷体现了以人为本的思想,对于重点课本知识的覆盖率较高,突出了对基础知识和基本技能的考查,也有一定的语言能力运用的考查。在突出学科特点的同时,结合新课程改革,体现了素质教育的新观念,在听、说、读、写的考查中,渗透思维能力的考查和生活意识的培养,激发了学生的创新精神,对于促进今后的教学有一定的帮助,特别是对培养学生综合语言运用能力和形成良好的素质很有帮助。在以后的教学工作中,我们取长补短,总结经验,吸取教训,不断对自己的教学行为进行反思,争取更好的成绩。
本次英语试题以教材为载体,以课标为依据,题型灵活多样,能全面考察学生的语言综合运用能力。
一、试题特点:
1. 体现课改理念,引导教学方向。期中考试题充分体现以人为本的理念,让试题既是对学生语言能力的测试,又是一次语言运用的欣赏。让教师感受到英语教学要贴近生活,贴近学生,贴近时代。
2.注重基础知识,科学对待教材。基础知识的考点源自教材,但又不拘泥于教材。让教师和学生树立科学的教材观。

三.学生答题情况
学生答题情况,单选4小题,9小题,16小题错的较多,反映学生对于语法要点掌握记忆不是很牢。第18小题,第20小题错的很多,分别属于理解失误和主谓一致没有掌握。阅读理解2小题,3题,8,10小题,错的很多,说明学生对于短文的阅读理解能力还是很差。而书写单词部分,小部分同学没有理解题意,简单的理解为在四线格中抄写,痛失五分。词的适当形式填空第1.5. 6. 8。小题,反映学生动词的恰当形式,主语单数第三人称时的情况没有掌握,这是现阶段教学的最难点。第5小题是主格代词和宾格代词问题,很多学生一时很难区分。句型转换反映学生对于肯定句变否定句仍然有些问题。补全对话第2和第3小题证明学生对于课文内容的记忆不是熟练。
四,具体分析
(1)好的方面
学生对于语音的掌握基本到位,能够在对话中听出具体的单词.交际用语比较熟悉,如第1小题询问学生姓名,60%以上的学生都能做对.第8小题,提出建议,都能回答.第2.5.12.14,都能做对.16—20的理要差些.
(2)存在主要问题
短文句子连贯起来听就有难度了,学生们因为反应较慢,所以往往跟不上节奏.

 试卷考察词汇的记忆的题目较少,主要体现在最后一题:完成句子.单个的单词大多能够记住无误.

理解记忆不够:句型转换第3题,其实很多同学都不知道词的划线部分提问 这是理解不到位.

学生的阅读能力不好.教材中的阅读短文几乎没有,教学中也只是一些对话任务,所以学生往往没有耐性看完短文.有些同学失分很多,主要表现为第3题,第7,10小题,都是理解不够.
五、存在的问题及对策
(一)主要问题
1、学生两极分化已有显露的迹象。因此如何有效地抑制两极分化,对学有困难的学生的转化提高是今后教学必须注意的问题。
2、基础知识和基本技能不扎实,学生对一些基本词汇、语法、句型的掌握不够熟练,也就谈不上运用了。因此,课堂教学中如何注重基础知识和基本技能的合理、有效地训练,仍应引起教师的高度重视。
六.今后的提高措施
& & 1、从试卷分析中我们可以看出,基础知识是我们教学的重点,也是学生的弱点,在各种考试中,基础知识都是考查的重点。我们对词汇、短语、句型和语法等基础知识的教学不能仅仅停留在让学生机械记忆阶段,单词、短语的听写和背诵固然必不可少,但更应注重把词汇教学融入特定的语言环境中,强调对基础知识的理解和运用。
2、要重视词汇教学。单词是七年级教学的重点,只有打好了词汇的基础,才有可能在阅读、写作等方面驾驭自如。但在词汇量较大时,要把握好教学的尺度,重点检测基础词汇,对不同类型的单词,可以有不同的要求,避免学生负担过重,失去学习英语的兴趣。可以适当补充一些构词法知识来帮助学生记忆单词。
3、加强基础语法知识的教学。许多学生单词记得可以,能够将学到的交际用语灵活运用,就是语法规则不能记住。因为英语语法规则多,又比较凌乱。例如:动词的“单三”形式变化、人称代词的分类使用、介词的意义表达、名次复数词尾变化和冠词用法规则等。这些一下子就出现在了我们基础为零的孩子们面前,他们的记忆和整理运用都出现了很大的问题。。
4、加强学生阅读能力的培养。阅读能力的考查是英语考查的重要部分,因此,从七年级就开始训练学生的阅读能力是很有必要的。老师要充分利用教材中的每个语篇对学生进行阅读训练,不同的题材可以使用不同的阅读方法,让学生掌握正确的阅读技巧会起到事半功倍的效果。阅读能力是长期训练的结果,一定要持之以恒。
5、加强培优补差力度。在教学过程中教师应面向全体学生,关注不同层次学生的学习状况,应根据新课程标准和课本的要求,把握课堂教学的最低目标,以保护每一个学生学习英语的积极性。因此,教师应鼓励学生积极、主动地参与课堂教学中,最大限度的防止进一步的两极分化。
八年级期末英语试卷分析
本次试卷信息量大,知识涵盖面广,渗透性强,注重实际情景和具体语境中考查学生对基础知识的理解和运用,有较强的探究性和灵活性。试卷突出了语言的交际功能,力求体现课程标准精神,无偏、难和怪题。试题的选材有一定的时代感和知识性,在选材中既注意了所选材料在题材和体裁上的多样性,又注意了所选材料的思想性和教育性注重教育性。试卷着重考查学生理解、运用语言的能力,重视考查学生的英语基础知识、基本技能,考查学生运用所学的知识和技分析问题、解决问题的能力,力求体现选拔和指导教学两者并重。
一、试卷特点:
1.试卷注重基础,体现活用,难度和区分度恰当无偏题,怪题出现。
试题注重考查学生在一定语境下对语言基础知识的掌握情况和综合运用英语的能力。语言基础知识的考查重点突出、覆盖面广;情景设置合理,避免了纯知识性的死记硬背题;词汇和语法的测试充分注意了语言的真实性、趣味性和实践性;注重语感,灵活性强,突出语言形式向语言意义的转化。
2.试题从知识立意逐渐向能力立意转变。
加大了能力考查的比重。试题突出了语言的交际性,强调在特定的语境中英语知识的灵活运用。适当增加了测试词汇量,加强能力检测。如阅读理解考查的内容注重了对学生在语境中运用语言能力的考查。加大了对语言的熟练程度和深层次能力考查的力度。如“阅读理解”部分注重了对归纳,推断和猜测整个句子等深层次能力的考查。阅读材料贴近生活,同时题材广泛,体裁多样、生动有趣,并富有思想性。
3.书面表达难度控制合理。

二、试题分析 
第一题 听力部分
听力部分学生失分较少。
第二题 词汇与语法
A)此题大部分学生答得较好,有少部分学生单词掌握得不够好,有个别拼写错误。
B)单项填空是一种常规题型,考查的知识点多,但难度不大。题干设计简洁,情景清楚。语法知识遵循新课标,有助于引导学生不要花大量的时间抠语法知识,而将更多的精力放在语言能力的培养上。
第三题 语言交际
此题的题型比以往的难度降低,绝大多数学生答得相对较好。
第四题 语篇理解
阅读部分所选的阅读文章题材多样化,主要考查学生对阅读材料的分析理解能力、推理判断能力和概括归纳能力。该大题在整篇考卷中得分率相对最低。失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。基本功不扎实,知识掌握不到位。
第五部分 书面表达
1)考生在书面表达中所反映的问题主要有:
基础不扎实,语言表述不清楚。主要表现在:语序混乱、语法结构错误、基本句型没掌握、单词拼写错误、时态错误等。
三、教学建议及反思
通过对英语试卷和考试情况的分析,针对英语教学中存在的问题,英语教学还要在以下几个方面作进一步的努力:
1.课改理念,钻研新教材,务实英语基础
我们应该清醒地认识到能力高于基础,但必须依托基础,考查能力,并不意味着削弱对基础知识的要求,而是要联系实际。只有扎扎实实从基础做起,才能最终达到“一看就会,一做就对”。英语基础知识包括:词汇、语法、句型等。词汇是语言的基本单位,没有足够的词汇量,是学不好英语的。词汇教学不仅要重视,还要讲究方法,注意“词不离句,句不离文”,既教词汇,更关注词汇使用的语境。复习中一定要引导学生梳理知识,帮助他们形成知识网络,把基本概念理清,掌握语法规则、习惯用语等基础知识,逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力。
2.确立语篇意识和综合意识,培养综合运用能力
八年级英语试题突出了语篇功能和综合运用能力。阅读理解试题是分值较高的试题。我们在平时的教学中要根据教材切实搞好语篇教学,并有意识、有计划地增加英语阅读量,题材、体裁要尽量多样化,通过大量的阅读,扩大学生的知识面,使学生熟悉不同体裁、不同题材文章的作题思路,提高阅读速度,提高驾驭语篇的能力。选材要尽量要贴近学生的生活实际,注意时代性、生活性和社会性。语篇难度适当,措辞浅显、生动、自然、地道,语句灵活且富于变化。在平时要通过阅读培养学生阅读多种文体的能力,如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性,同时关注学生运用英语进行直接思维意识能力和习惯的培养,启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想,提高用英语进行思维的能力,逐步培养良好的英语语感,提高英语语用能力。
3.加强英语课外阅读,提高信息素养
英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的,而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的。因此,要加强理解语篇的能力训练,增强英语语感。同时要增强信息意识,培养和提高信息素养,重视运用英语解决实际问题的能力。
总体来看,八年级英语试题难度虽不大,但出得很&活&,外语的功能性、交际性体现得淋漓尽致,试题的编制无论从技术层面或文化层面都体现了教学新导向、新思维,语言的灵活性和严谨性使得这份卷子很有份量。所以,在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野,多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息,加强语言运用能力的培养,少讲解,多给学生实际运用语言的机会,在用中学英语,在学中用英语。
八年级英语期末统考试卷分析
这次考试难度偏难,学生的考试成绩良好,最高分108分,试题分为:词汇,单项选择,情景对话,完形填空,阅读理解,任务型阅读,写作等,满分是110分。
1.& && && && &词汇(20分)
第一种题型是根据句意或首字母,填入所缺单词,10分,大部分学生懒于背单词,所以很难拿满分,只有实验班的学生大多数都能拿到8分或10分,很多学生都写错,因为词汇太长了,学生们都认为不会考到,因此,以后在教学中要多强调重要的单词不论长短都要用心背诵。
第二种题型是用方框中所给的单词的适当形式填空,10分,这道题因为在月考中考过,所以用心学习的学生都写对了。因此,我们在词汇这方面要用多种方式多训练学生,让他们勤于背诵单词。
2.& && && && &单项选择(20分)
这道题我们全部都复习过了,所以考得很好,实验班的大部分学生都选对了,因此我们总结出:书中出现的考点要反复讲,并用各类习题给学生联,检查他们是否都掌握这些考点,如果还没掌握,必须再重复讲多遍。
3.& && && && & 情景对话(10分)
这道题非常简单,大部分学生都选对了,选错的学生都是上课不积极参与教学活动的,因此要引导学生积极参与教学活动,让学生大胆地开口说英语,可以让他们轻松地记下英语句子。
4.& && && && &完形填空(10分)
这道题简单,只要平时记笔记的同学都考得很好,考得不好的同学都说忘了,所以要反复讲经常出现的知识点。
5.& && && && &阅读理解(30分)
实验班的学生大部分都拿了25分左右,少部分拿了满分。但普通班的学生都没考好,可以看出,要想考好阅读题,应该让学生在课外时间多读英语周报,养成快速理解英语短文的好习惯。
6.& && && && &写作(20分)
其中任务型读写占5分,读完短文后有三个任务,任务一:根据短文内容在空格处填入适当的单词。任务二:1.2.题是对划线部分提问,实验班的很多学生都写对了,普通班的学生几乎都不填,所以平常要多练习划线部分提问。任务三:根据短文回答问题。这就提醒我们给实验班的学生在稳固打好基础上加一些难度。
书面表达占15分,用I am going to be写一篇关于自己的未来的短文,内容要包括:1.将来你要当什么?2.为什么?3.你要怎样实现你的梦想?实验班的学生练习过,所以写得不错,但普通班就写得一塌糊涂,因此,每个单元的作文布置是不可少的。
& &&&期中考试已经结束,为了总结这半个学期的工作情况,也为了下半学期能更好地做好教学工作,以更好的状态迎接期末考试,特对本次试卷加以分析:
本次试卷共分为两个部分:听力部分和笔试部分。
一、听力部分。听力部分共分五道题。本次考试紧扣河北中考英语听力题型,对即将步入九年级是一次模拟演练。本次听力考试的结果和平时练习体现出来的问题差不多,学生得高分的环节是听句子,选出句中所包含的信息,;听对话选答案和听短文选答案这三道题;而在听句子选择该句的最佳答语和听短文填空中有明显的欠缺,前者是误选择中国式的答语,后者是学生听完后还是来不及对所听内容进行信息处理记忆,这两个环节在平时的练习中就是学生的弱点,需要在以后的教学中加强这方面的技巧训练和指导。
二、笔试部分。单项选择题:这部分的试题比较结合学生的学习内容,并突出重难点的考察,基本将学生应该掌握的知识要点和语法要点进行了一个检验。单选题此次很注重基础,都是平时做过的题,得分较高。但还是由于学生听讲效率不高,做题不认真,导致明明会做的题目丢分。。本次完型填空题的难度稍大,学生主要的错误出在对原文的句子含义没有读懂,单词不会应用,不会结合上下文进行分析、猜读,而被其中的生词干扰而影响阅读理解和判断选择。但是有一定分析判断能力的学生会通过排除法。阅读理解题中,A篇主要考察学生对短文内容的理解,更加突出了对文中人物的言行进行分析,大部分学生答得较好,也有一小部分好学生由于理解错误导致得分很低。B篇的内容是多篇广告信息,这是平时比较重视的一个题型,而且内容也比较简单。题目都能从原文找到答案,得分率很高。
词汇题我感觉很简单,但学生的得分并不高,可见以后在教学中还要更加强化学生基础只是词汇的记忆力度,保证一半以上的学生在这个环节不丢分写作部分,连词成句有四道题答的非常好,但第五小题学生对于里面由于对not at all句型中not的位置记忆错误,丢分的很多。任务型阅读题,由于学生的价值观还没有形成,对短文的理解不是恨透,所以两道理解内容的题英语功底差一些的学生就答得不是很好。作文,学生在作文方面最大的问题就是不能准确表达自己的语言,不能用规范的语言表达规定的内容,不能把规定的内容用合理的句子连接起来,不会思考短文中需要的语言结构是时态等等,所以作文完成的情况就出现极大的两极分化现象。但是本次的基础写作和书面表达都是在平时训练过的句子和作文综合的,大多数学生也写得较好。
学生成绩分析
本次共有107人参加,90分以上5人,80分以上29人,平均分三班63优秀率27﹪,及格率50﹪,四班平均分61,优秀率27﹪,及格率46.7﹪各项指数均是年级第一。考完后,我根据学生的大题进行分析,代景尘、程盼凤等十名同学应考到90分以上,周欣、顾俊娇等有希望在80分以上,他们的答题技巧欠缺,以至于分数低于应有的水平。这应在今后的教学中加以关注。
今后在教学中应该注意的问题
1、应该通过集体备课、教研活动等形式,加强整体策划、分工合作、知识点落实、练习到位的训练。
2、应该组织编辑或选择一些听力的同步练习题,加强学生的同步听力技巧训练,提高学生听力题型的适应和应变能力,培养良好的听力心理素质。
3、改变上学期的单元闯关考试题型模式,适当增加难度和阅读理解、完型填空、看图写话、连词成句等能力性的练习考察,对于层次不同的学生设计不同层次的考试训练题。
4、继续进行课堂英语口语的操练和单元作文写作训练。
& & 5、每周利用中午阅读课时间,开展一次英语阅读练习或快速阅读比赛,提高学生的阅读技巧和阅读兴趣,在循序渐进的训练中提升学生的英语综合能力。
6、整个年级分层统一进行课后练习,或集体自编课后同步练习。
7、提高课堂的教学效益,多增强情景性、趣味性、渐进性、过程性,让更多的学生真正走进英语学习的殿堂。
8、加强自身的教育理论和教学理论的学习,多吸取他人的长处和经验,转嫁于自己的教育教学之中。
