“澳洲4个8”——这是最近最常出现在我们留学生中的口头禅，几乎能与“给力”比肩了，假如在澳洲评选一个今年的流行词汇，澳洲4个8一定会荣登榜首！
这到底是什么原因呢？在揭开谜底之前，我先把澳洲移民局在11月11日当天下达的移民政策摆在这里让百姓们看看（你看的没错，就是光棍节这一天，作为单身一族的我们承受了双重的打击）！
具体条文如下：
澳大利亚移民局11月11日公布新的打分系统-65分通过线-日正式施行
具体的变化的细节：
01.将不再有职业分，所有SOL上的职业将一视同仁。02.通过分数65分。03.年龄方面，25-32将有30分的加分。允许45-49岁的人申请，但没有年龄加分。04.雅思6分将没有加分，四个七10分，四个八20分。05.注重对工作经验的要求。相对来说澳洲工作经验更具价值。06.澳洲和海外学历一视同仁，完成2年澳洲学习将获得5分。07.职业年改为5分。08.其他方面基本没有变化。09.州政府担保改为5分。10.边远地区担保分值增加为10分。11.学历和澳洲学历两项可以重叠加分，如果在澳洲完成两年学习获得硕士学位，可以获得20分（15+5）

看到这里，估计各位看官心理也有个谱了吧，哥此时此刻是内牛满面啊，脆弱的心灵再一次无情的遭受了强烈的打击，这种心情估计也只有和我一样同为留学生身份却移民无望的同胞们能理解了。首先来算算我自己暂时够得着的分数吧，年龄：22岁
+25分；澳洲满两年学习：+5分；毕业证书：+10分；一共是40分，及格线是65分，我差了整整25分呐，如何得到，如何得到？雅思四个八？囧，这是一个什么概念？当地一个普通的民众去考雅思都只能考到7分足矣，尚且不是4个7，我等泛泛之辈，4个8简直就是一个玩笑o(╯&#9633;╰)o！再加上我们毕业之年，也就是日，TR（过桥签证）正式取消，这不是要把我们往绝路上逼吗？
OK,牢骚就发到这里，感觉心情舒畅了很多，不管怎么说，我来这边一年期间，移民政策的动荡已经经历了2-3次巨大的变迁，哥淡定了，毕竟就目前政策而言，哥还尚存一丝希望，尽管渺茫，尽管满城尽言澳洲移不动……

自柏拉图以来的西方知识传统，隐含着这样一个不言而喻的标准：知识应当是
清楚明白的，能够用语言来表述，不能用语言表述的不是知识。这里的语言并不是
自然语言，也不是私人语言，而是知识共同体内部可以交流的公共语言。波兰尼却
认为，在柏拉图的显性知识传统之外，存在着只可意会不可言传的隐性知识，我们
知道的比我们说出来的多。不仅隐性知识普遍存在于一切知识系统中，而且显性知
识也有着隐性的方面。
用波兰尼的隐性知识理论来观照中医，我们会发现中医不仅有着丰富的显性知
识，而且也是一座伟大的隐性知识的宝库。就知识的个人性、默会性和寄托而言，
中医知识的很多都符合波兰尼关于隐性知识的标准。可以说，中医作为一种知识其
神韵正在于它的“可以意会，难于言传”的特性。廖育群认为中医的一个核心概念
是“意”，认为这种“医学理论的神秘性、治疗方法的灵活性、医家的悟性，都只能
以一个‘意’字来体现”，即所谓“医者意也，意者医也”。
中医的隐性知识特征，要求它必须有着适用于隐性知识的知识策略。但中国近
现代的中医知识的管理、交流，都是按显性知识的标准来进行的，这不仅让中医逐
渐失去了它的神韵，从而减弱了它的核
