- Managing the domestic direct sales channel with 2 area sales agents, building-up the compensation conditions and analyzing their performance

- Leading the discussions with the foreign customers (Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Austria and the Czech Republic for the new orders and developments, getting market information and helping them to make a better and quicker response on the market changes
- Building the reporting system and analyzing the reports, for the reaction-plan creation
