3.将剩下的250克白面用水和起（四季均用温水）成死面团，然后与酵面面团合在一起，放在案上对好碱揉匀揉光，搓条揪成5个剂子，用小擀长，用手抹匀稀油酥，卷起成条，顺长切成两段，分别盘旋起来，少抹一点油，上鏊将两面烙黄，再放在炉里，翻烤7--8分钟即成。
外酥里嫩，层多，为太原地区传统之一。
