上半天，这样上班合法吗？没有补休息，也没有加班工资。

肯定不合法啦！把人当机器吗？我知道有些操作模具机床的，就是数控铣，电火花之类，上24小时休息24小时，困了可以小睡一会的。你这好像不是，休息不好加班费也没有，太坑爹了，还是走为上计。
