稳压二极管又称齐纳二极管，简称稳压管，是一种用于稳压（或限压）、工作于反向击穿状态的特殊二极管。而整流二极管一般不能工作在反向击穿区，但稳压管却工作在反向击穿区。下面简单的介绍一下稳压二极管的检测方法。1.判断电极判别稳压二极管正负电极的方法，与判别普通二极管电极的方法基本相同。即用万用表R*1K档，先将红黑两表笔任接稳压管的两端，测出一个电阻值，然后交换表笔再测出一个阻值，两次测得的阻值应该是一大一小。所测阻值较小的一次，即为正向接法，此时，黑表笔所接的一端为稳压二极管的正极，红表笔所接的一端为负极。好的稳压管一般正向电阻为10KΩ左右，反向电阻为无穷大。2.稳压值的检测1).简易测试法，这种方法只需一块万用表即可，方法是：将万用表置于Rx10k挡，并准确调零。红表笔接被测稳压管的正极，黑表笔接被测管的负极，待指针摆到一定位置时，从万用表直流10V电压刻度上读出其稳定数据，然后用下列公式计算稳压值：被测稳压值（V）=（10V-读数值）x1.5。用此法可以测出稳压值为15V以下的稳压管。2).外接电源测试法，用一台0V~3V稳压电源与一个1.5KΩ，电阻，按下图连接。测量时，先将稳压电源的输出电压调在15V，用万用表电压挡直接测量ZD两端电压值，读数即为稳压二极管稳压值。若测得的数值为15V，则可能该二极管并未反向击穿，这时可将稳压电源的输出电压调高到20V或以上，再按上述方法测量。资料主要来源于：www.szchenda.com
