原则:1)原则上故障码与故障类的设置由整车厂提供,联合电子负责写入软件中.双方要有书面确认函确认具体设置.2)根据GB5要求,故障码定义及其描述基于法规 ISO )由整车厂控制的故障码定义部分P1XXX,整车厂可以根据自身需要定义,否则认为视同UAES推荐值.4)具体故障部件的诊断策略除必须满足法规要求,非排放相关部件诊断策略可由整车厂自行定义,否则视同UAES推荐值.EOBD故障类定义说明:CLASS=0: 故障类为0的故障诊断路径,不亮任何灯,系统不做诊断.CLASS=2: 失火相关的故障诊断路径故障类一般定义为2, 对于导致催化器损坏的失火故障马上闪烁MIL灯提醒驾驶员;对于导致排放恶化的失火故障,如果连续3个驾驶循环均充分检测到相应程度的失火故障则点亮MIL灯;连续CLASS=3: 连续3个驾驶循环均检测到故障后,点亮MIL灯;连续3个驾驶循环均检测到故障已修复,熄灭MIL灯;连CLASS=4: 故障出现2.5秒马上点亮MIL灯;连续3个驾驶循环均检测到故障已修复,熄灭MI(来源:淘豆网[/p-.html])L灯;连续无故障40次暖CLASS=5: 连续3个驾驶循环均检测到故障后,故障确认,不亮任何灯;连续3个驾驶循环均检测到故障已修复,故障修复;连续无故障40次暖机循环后故障删除.CLASS=6: 故障一经发生即被确认,连续无故障40次暖机循环后故障删除.该类型故障不亮任何灯,通用扫描工具CLASS=7: 外部测试工具激活供油系统诊断对应的故障类,一般只用于下线检测或维修站.该类型故障不亮任何CLASS=11:专用于供油系统诊断路径,连续3个驾驶循环均检测到故障后,点亮MIL灯;连续4个驾驶循环均检测到故障已修复,熄灭MIL灯;连续无故障40次暖机循环后故障删除.CLASS=12:故障一经发生即被确认,点亮SVS灯;故障一经修复即熄灭SVS灯;连续无故障40次暖机循环后故障删CLASS=13:故障一经发生即点亮SVS灯;故障一经修复即熄灭SVS灯;连续3个驾驶循环均检测到故障后故障确认,熄灭SVS灯点亮MIL灯;连续4个驾驶循环均检测到故障已修复,熄灭MIL灯;连续无故障40次暖机循环后故障删(来源:淘豆网[/p-.html])除.CLASS=35:故障一经发生即被确认,闪烁SVS灯;故障一经修复即熄灭SVS灯;连续无故障20次暖机循环后故障删CLASS=36:故障一经发生即被确认,不亮SVS灯;连续无故障20次暖机循环后故障删除.CLASS=38:故障一经发生即被确认,闪烁SVS灯;故障一经修复即熄灭SVS灯;故障内存不做历史故障记录该故障.CLASS=39:故障一经发生即被确认,不亮SVS灯;故障内存不做历史故障记录该故障.1 P0016 Crankshaft Position-Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor A凸轮轴与曲轴安装相对位置不合理2 P0030 O2 Sensor Heater Contr.
