应用题的描述，可是我不能确定。
一处&增加60％&，一处&增大到多少倍&，一处&再增加到10倍&，&再增加20％&。
请确定这几个说法的朋友，帮忙看看，这题怎么列式子，怎么求解比较方便！谢谢！
香农公式：C＝Wlog2（1＋S/N）
将"信道带宽为3100Hz，最大信息传输速率为35kbps，"
代入香农公式得：35＝3100log2（1＋S/N）.
1)最大信息传输速率增加60％时,35(1+60%)＝3100log2（1＋k*S/N）.
[这里k是信噪比S/N应增大到k倍]
2)在刚才计算出来的基础上将信噪比S/N再增加到10倍，
35(1+60%)M＝3100log2（10k*S/N）.
[这里是问最大信息传输速率M能否达到1+20％.]
一处“增加60％”，意思是达到原来的1+60%
一处“增大到X倍”，意思是原来的X倍.
一处“再增加到10倍”，在增加的基础上,再增加达到它(第一次增加后)的10倍
“再增加20％”,在增加的基础上,再增加达到它(第一次增加后)的91+20%)倍。
