The original model and its extended model of assets assessment for forest trees and woodland were constructed according to the need of forest and woodland asset trading practice. Based on the data of Fuling District of Chongqing Forest Resource Inventory ArcGis Projects,the forest trees and woodland assets assessment software( FSCapitalMO) was developed using the Visual Basic 6. 0 platform integrated secondary development with the Mapobjects of ArcGis development tools. Any collection of subcompartment assets assessment and visualization of the RecordSet can be achieved by FSCapitalMO through four paths with more than seven kinds of asset valuation method. FSCapitalMO is significant for China to conduct various management forms of forest rights trading.

Firepower distribution is one of the key problems in the process of the upper layer cooperating with the lower layer for TBM defense. The defense effectiveness can be affected by the firepower distribution model and the efficiency of solving it. The law of the firepower distribution is proposed based on the analysis of the upper and lower layer cooperation, and the firepower distribution model is built. SUMT is introduced to simplify the firepower distribution model, and MPDE is used to solve the model. Simulation proves the validity of this model and the efficiency of MPDE and the law of firepower distribution is presented at last.

The biology characteristics of developmental rhythm of annual plants of Allium Tenuissimum L.were studied by observing seedling in glass ware transplanting in flowerpot.The results showed that:The Allium Tenuissimum L.seeds took 14~15 days to bourgeon.Cotyledons of Allium Tenuissimum L.growth came out of soil by double folding,cotyledons' front came out of soil was a sign that the plant separate from the seed and the process of plant absorbing nutrients from seed were over.Allium Tenuissimum L.plants could carry on tiller by one dividing in to two plants in the first year.Anual plants of Allium Tenuissimum L.could tiller over three stage under suitable conditions.The typical plants after secondary tiller had three green leaves.Tiller of anual plants of Allium Tenuissimum L.was discovered,so its growth period should add a stage i.e.tiller stage.
