有两个错误 ！首先discharge 和cut是并列关系 要加ing都加ing 要加be ed就都加be ed (被动)
还有许多自然灾害发生了 和many natural disasters come about frequently.并不能准确对应
许多自然灾害发生了是过去完成时 应该是many natural disasters have came about
而你翻译的后半句准确来说应该是 “自然灾害频发”是一般现在时

请问这两句话有无语法错误？
感觉第一个&who&应该拉到前面一点吧&&friend&那里&&
第二句&应该是对的吧&。&&&

感叹句应当用will，前面那句没问题，跟顺序无关，先行词who在那，不会有歧义的
第一句&who&is&ill&in&bed&要紧跟&friend,
