Volunteers Wanted: &Would you like to work with horses ?? &We are requiring a number of people to help us with our horses. &Previous experience with horses is required plus you must be 14 years of age or older to apply. &Training will be given to all our volunteers with duties ranging from &bringing horses in, grooming, assisting with lessons and also &exercising and training horses. If you are able to assist us then please fill out our&&form to apply for this position.&

Learn To Ride
&Weather you just wish to learn to ride for pleasure or weather you have ambitions to one day go all the way to the olympics, learning to build a good relationship with your horse as well as a good strong riding seat& is essential.& It is our belief that to have any lasting success at even basic horse riding it is fundermental to begin with learning some of the ABC's.&& You may bring your own horse or have the use of one of ours.&
First Time Horse Owners Training Course
&Are you a parent or young person thinking of purchasing a horse for the first time ? Or have you recently purchased your first horse ?& We are offering courses to make sure you have some of the basic knowledge and skills to care for your new family member making this new endevour a happy and successful one. &

We also will be offering courses if you wish to learn more about basic training and starting of young and green horses. &&is also something we can help with, if you are needing help with your current horse.&We are also wishing to offer a wide range of instruction in numerous disciplines.

Breeding programme
We also are starting a breeding programme to produce&good quality performance horses and ponies suited to most disciplines, we have selected a young stallion from proven bloodlines which have come from Europe. &Romanoff a nice German Riding Pony stallion, we are set to add valuable horses to our communities for a successful future. We currently have a small herd of pony mares which we are breeding from and also several American Saddlebred pony yearlings. &

Horse Haven is located only 7 minutes drive from Tauranga&s CBD and a mere 2km&s from Bethlehem shops on Wairoa Road. The property consists of 40 acres of land and there is plenty of room for all types of activities for training and teaching purposes.& You may use one of our horses or bring your own.
