CNC milling machine and spindle system z-axis feed system design
Abstract： this text introduces the vertical CNC milling machine of some of the basic situation, this paper describes the main drive system of machine tool of principle and type, analyzes the mechanism of all kinds of transmission scheme. Vertical CNC milling machine main transmission system including the spindle motor, main shaft transmission system and spindle component of three parts. This paper introduces the vertical CNC milling machine main transmission system design process, the vertical axis CNC milling machine speed is to rely on the pulleys, the transmission way in numerical control lathe, it can avoid caused gear transmission of the vibration and noise, meshing transmission in the only need not lubrication transmission mode. In the meshing transmission, its structure is the most simple, make the most easy, the most economical, the most powerful of the elastic cushion, light weight, two axis can be arbitrary decorate, low noise. It brought from specialized manufacturer production, pulleys to design manufacturing, it in the distance, much shaft driving when more economic.
