最近与天猫上的商家发生了一次比较大的纠纷，在他們家买的一台android pad质量说实在是太差了，于是决定退货。可是商家坚决不承认是质量问题，拒绝退货 。后来无法达成共识让天猫的小二介入了。介入后天猫的小二告诉我只有出示厂商的检测证明才能得到支持。鈳是哪家pad的生产工厂没有几乎任何的售后，没有办法拿到检测证明。當我以为我要输掉的时候，突然意外的发现买到的pad 3C证书正好被叫停了。于是以这里有侥幸获得了这次纠纷的胜利。

But the tmall guy just told me he would only support me when I show him the test report from the factory. But the factory of this pad is just a small factory, has none of the after-sale service. So I suddenly know the the saler why he could so arrogant and
I just think I will lose this fight. But I find this factory's 3c certificate has been stopped just before I have bought this pad one month ago by chance. So I catch this change and use this reason finally win this fight because there has I law that the products can't been saled if its 3c certificate has been stopped.
